How Do I Place An Order?
You can place an order in several ways. You can go to the order page and place the order online. If you are from the local area, you can call me or email me. We can deliver or you can pick up at your convenience. If you have a special request or specific colors, call or email me.
Payment & Shipping
All wreaths are mailed in as close to a 24" by 24" by 8" box as we can get. The shipping is determined on the size of the box and the weight as well as location of the address. The larger swags will be in larger boxes and the table decorations will be in smaller boxes. On the shipping rate, a flat rate is placed on the website for the wreaths and swags. If you are purchasing a table decoration and the shipping is much lower, We will refund the amount of shipping not used.
Payment: We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Your payment option is secure from PayPal and credit cards as with other online purchases. If you are local and you wish to pay cash or check, I do accept cash or checks. If you are from a distance and wish to pay with a money order, check, or cashier check, We will gladly accept this as well.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted and refunds are provided if the item is not delivered as the item shown when ordered. All items shown will be the item delivered. If an item is duplicated, the buyer will be shown a picture of the item before it is shipped. In most cases, the item looks exactly the same or better. The return postage will be at the purchasers expense unless the reason for return is due to negligence on the part of Creations.
